For official confirmation, use the Taylor County Sheriff's Office, the Taylor County Adult Detention Center, the relevant clerk or court, TDCJ, BOP, ICE, or the agency that created the record.
Texas Government Code §552.021 supports public access to public information during normal business hours unless an exception applies. Texas Government Code §411.083 also protects DPS criminal-history-record information except as authorized, so a county jail record and a statewide criminal-history file are not the same thing.
